Daily loop

Start. Glance. Eat.

01

Start after your last meal

Even at 2:00. Forgot to tap? Use 1h / 4h / 8h ago so the ring catches up.

02

Open 2–6 times a day

The ring is time left plus when you may eat. You do not need to keep the app open.

03

Complete when the window opens

That grows consecutive days. Stop early if you eat — logged honestly, no streak.

Why it exists

Office-hour fasting apps assume lunch at noon.

Night clock

Eat 23:30–07:30 if that is your shift

Presets follow local time, not a 9–5 day. 16:8, 18:6, and OMAD are free. Custom windows are Pro.

Private

No Night Fast account

Sessions, optional weight, height, and age stay in on-device storage. This version does not run a Night Fast server for that data.

Honest

Ads must not use health data

The free tier may show ads. They are not targeted from weight, BMI, or fasting history. Pro is an Apple In-App Purchase when it ships.

Health & Fitness

A schedule, not a diagnosis

BMI is a rough marker. The app does not measure glucose or blood pressure. Ask a clinician before changing how you eat.

Medical note

Night Fast is a timer and short educational notes. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat disease. Do not use long fasts as a default if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, underweight, or have a medical condition — talk to a clinician.
