Night Fast is a local intermittent-fasting timer. This page is the public policy for App Store Connect and for anyone using the app.

What we collect

On your device only (not on a Night Fast server in the current version):

  • Fasting sessions (start, end, preset)
  • Optional body notes: weight, height, age, sex, goal, water glasses
  • Language preference
  • Whether you finished the first-run demo

We do not create an account. Uninstalling the app removes this local storage.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell health or fitness data.
  • We do not use weight, BMI, or fasting history to target ads.
  • We do not write to Apple Health / HealthKit in this version.

Ads and Pro

The free tier may show ads. Ads must not be targeted from health data. Pro (when sold) will be an Apple In-App Purchase processed by Apple.

Your controls

  • Delete local data: More → Reset.
  • Export a CSV of your fast log (Pro).
  • There is no cloud account to delete because there is no account.

Children

Night Fast is not directed at children under 13.
